Appointments are booked through Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service. When you book, you enter information into Cal.com directly, which typically includes your name, email address, phone number, vehicle details, the installation address, and any notes you add about access or parking. That information is processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy and is shared with us so we can perform the installation.

Calls, texts, and emails

If you call or text us, we will have your phone number and the content of the messages. We use that to answer questions, confirm appointments, and follow up about work we performed.

How we use information

To review whether your vehicle works with our standard installation.
To schedule, confirm, and prepare for an installation appointment.
To confirm the service area and any applicable travel fee before your appointment.
To contact you by phone, text, or email about a service you asked about or an appointment you booked.
To handle questions after an installation, including workmanship guarantee requests.
To keep basic business records.

Analytics and advertising

This website is built so that analytics and advertising tools load only if they have been configured. When none are configured, no analytics or advertising scripts are loaded at all.

If we later enable tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, or the Meta Pixel, they may set cookies or similar identifiers and collect usage information such as pages viewed and general device information. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, installation address, or vehicle details to those tools.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that make this business run, such as the scheduling service, and only as needed to schedule and complete your service, or where we are required to by law.

Retention

We keep appointment records for as long as we need them for customer service, the workmanship guarantee period, and ordinary business and tax records, and then we remove or discard them.

Security

Information submitted through this site is sent over an encrypted connection, and access to appointment systems is limited to the owner of the business. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging a service for a vehicle. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. You can also ask us to stop contacting you.
